Some of the blame is thrown at the SEO industry for pumping out content written by writers but not necessarily experts.
There are tools today that scrape the SERPs and generate content briefs, outlines for writers to essentially rewrite content that is SEO optimized.
There’s an SEO theory called the Skyscraper strategy that promotes taking stock of competitor’s content and then researching the topic and rewriting it so that it’s ten times bigger and (hopefully) better.
Those tools and strategies encourage and help non-experts to write content and people are noticing.

Why Live Captions Aren’t Available For Me In Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a great collaborative software that is packed to the brim with top of the line features that can help you get the most out of your remote workflow. One of the most popular and newly introduced features of Microsoft Teams that has been widely appreciated is the ability to enable Live captions. This allows you to read transcripts of people that you are collaborating within real-time while calling them.
Have you been trying to use Live captions in Microsoft Teams? Are you facing issues? Have you been unable to use it? Let’s look at some of the common reasons why this feature might not be currently available to you.
Make sure it is turned ON
Live captions are not available in Video Calls
Live captions are also not available for now during one on video calls. So in case, you are trying to call someone directly and video chat with them, then live captions will be available to you. For now, Microsoft believes that live captions are more effective in meetings where multiple people will be joining each other to collaborate on different projects. Due to this, it might be difficult for non-native English speakers to comprehend the accent of native English speakers and vice-versa. This is where live captions help you by enabling you to understand the other participants in a meeting much more clearly and efficiently.
What you can do?
You can circumvent this restriction placed by Microsoft for now by creating a new video meeting — use the calendar menu for that. Follow the guide below to enable live captions for a video meeting below.
Note: If you want live captions in a video call where someone is trying to call you, you will need to disconnect and set up a meeting with them to be able to get live captions with your talk with them.

Is Tiktok For Sale? New Oracle Deal Confirmed
TikTok is reported to not be for sale, neither to Microsoft or to Oracle. Chinese regulatory issues may block any sale that includes TikTok’s technology. Yet Oracle did confirm today that a deal is happening.

“Oracle confirms Secretary Mnuchin’s statement that it is part of the proposal submitted by ByteDance to the Treasury Department over the weekend in which Oracle will serve as the trusted technology provider. TikTok passed national security scrutiny as part of its acquisition of Musical.ly.
United States Government Previously Approved TikTokThe United States government gave TikTok approval for its privacy and data security.

Chinese Government Blocks TikTok Sale to United StatesThe Chinese government has stepped in to effectively block or at least slow down a sale to any United States business entity.
At the end of August, China’s Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology issued prohibitions and regulations on sales of specific technologies.
New Chinese government prohibitions against the export of AI and push technology effectively slows down a sale of TikTok’s United States prohibitions.
In order to proceed, TikTok would first have to obtain a license from the Chinese government. Without that license, it may be impossible to proceed with any sale.

The Future of TikTokReviewing the actions taken by TikTok to remain in the United States plus the actions of the Chinese government to stop or at least slow down a sale, it appears that no sale was going to happen in the short term.
A sale to a United States entity may still occur.
