Rocket League is hands down one of the single best business simulation games ever made — and it also features some vehicular soccer mini-game that people sometimes play, too. Which is nice. But seriously, Rocket League has gone from strength to strength in the years since its debut, gradually amassing for itself a playerbase of tens of millions of players. And with the recent (and divisive) switch to Free-to-Play, that playerbase is only going to expand further.
More players means more actors in the enormous, dynamic economy of Rocket League shaped by the many thousands and thousands of trades that take place every single day. And with a growing economy comes more opportunity. Opportunities to finance the top tier rides and cosmetics that you see on high-level Rocket League streams without pulling out the wallet.
If you know what you’re doing, you can turn a small number of credits into a gargantuan fortune that you could use to purchase whole fleets of white fennecs with your eyes closed. The process is simple. But the patience and discipline required to grow your fortune can be hard. Down below we’ll run you through the basics of how to earn free credits in Rocket League.

How to Get Credits in Rocket League
1. Be Patient
When you’re first setting out to get credits in Rocket League without pulling open the wallet, remember: you’ve gotta start somewhere. Be prepared for a grind. The tips below will eventually result in thousands of credits — seriously, these are tried and proven tips on how to get credits curated from some of the game’s richest players — but, in the beginning, it’ll feel slow. Profit growth will compound with time. It’s all about re-investing what you make to make a little more next time, then a little more again, and eventually a lot more. Every, single, time.
2. Learn the Market
This means scrolling through group posts and trade sites and just putting eyeballs to price-tags. Lap it all up. It’ll come in handy. But don’t take any one price site as gospel — items with high volume and movement will be accurately tracked, but harder to sell items can be way out of whack just from a lack of reliable data.
Negotiation is a key life skill and one that will repeat benefits just as easily in the virtual world as the real one. Never be afraid to counter-offer. However unlikely your trading partner might be to say no, it doesn’t cost you anything to try. And you’d be surprised, people looking to move their items might be willing to dip a little below their asking price for the sake of getting the deal done — which only makes for a better margin on your end.
And make it a practice to ask for adds — again, the worst that can happen is they say no. But if they say yes, who knows where/when that add might come in handy later. The key is to consistently look to add value whenever and wherever you can. Counter-offers and asking for adds cost nothing and, over time, will reap significant rewards you would’ve otherwise missed out on for no good reason.
4. Find the Right Items and FLIP!
There are some staple items that will always, always sell for high value: any black market, Dracos, Zombas, Octanes, or Fennecs. Four great choices of Black Markets you should look to flip are Toon, Biomass, Solar Flare, and Labyrinth. These will all be a huge boon to anyone trying to get some momentum towards building their inventory.
The trick to flipping is simple: Check current prices for items that move well and aim to buy them for 50 to 100 credits under minimum (a smaller deficit will move it quicker) and then resell for the medium to maximum price. That means if the Solar Flare price range on PS4 is 200-300 credits, try to buy one for 100 to 150 and then flip it for 250-300. Rinse, wash, and repeat. This is the “meat and potatoes” of how to get credits in Rocket League.
Every time you make some profit, you have more to reinvest and reap a larger profit next time. With each cycle the total value of the items you’re flipping grows, allowing your total value to increase exponentially over time.
5. Start with Cheap Items
When you’re first starting out, relatively expensive items like Fennecs and Zombas might be a little out of reach. Take a look at painted uncommons, uncommons, noncrate rares, and noncrate very rares. These move fast because they can be traded up. Many high-level players recommend selling your NCVRs to people looking to trade up in hopes of that coveted Titanium White Octane. It’s up to you and how lucky you’re feeling. You can certainly cordon off your flipping stockpile from your trading-up collection, or you can go with the more reliable, steady income that comes with selling your NCVRs.
And there you go! The basics of how to get credits in Rocket League. It really is as simple as that, but remember to be smart and be safe! Read our article on How to Avoid Rocket League scams to keep any of the game’s many scammers from setting you back a few steps on your way to Rocket League riches.
Building a strong online presence for your business and brand is extremely important. Since Google is the go-to search engine used by the majority of internet users, listing your business on Google My Business is a great step for increasing your business presence online. But guess what, listing your business isn’t enough; you’ve got to “claim” it too. What It Means to “Claim” a Business on Google
To claim a business on a search engine, you’ll need to prove that you’re the genuine representative of a brand, business, organization, or entity. The end goal is to verify that your business is authentic and the information provided about your business is accurate.
Table of Contents
By doing so, you get to enjoy extra benefits like improved visibility (claimed businesses rank higher in search results), increase in organic traffic, and consequently, increase in sales.
When you claim a business on Google, you’ll have complete control over how your business information appears on Google. You also unlock more features that let you improve your digital presence and interact with customers directly on Google. For example, only verified/claimed businesses can reply to customer reviews on Google.
The process is really easy. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to claim or register your business on Google so it appears in local search results, Maps, and other Google products.
Most local businesses will want to drive more people to their website, or appear higher in Google search results, so claiming your business on Google is a great first step to take.Is Your Business Listed on Google?
The first step to claiming a business on Google is checking whether or not the business is on Google. To do this, search for your business name on Google and check if there’s a knowledge panel dedicated to your business. A knowledge panel is the sidebar on the right of the Google search result page.
If your business is already listed on Google, jump to the next section to learn how to claim the business. How to Claim a Business Listed on Google
Follow the steps below to claim your business.
Note: Make sure you’re signed into your (personal or business) Google account on the browser.
The postcard contains a 5-digit code which you’d use to verify the ownership and authenticity of the business. Google may request additional information about your business before it mails the postcard to your business address.
It may take up to days or weeks for the postcard to get to you. This is due to factors like distance, courier efficiency, and other unforeseen circumstances. While you await the verification postcard, you can provide more information about your business—opening hours, description, pictures of your products or store, etc. These will only be visible to customers only after Google verifies your business.
Note: Do not edit the following information while awaiting the verification postcard:
Modifying any of this information will delay the verification of your business. So make sure you doublecheck the information you provide before applying for verification.Verifying Your Business
The final step to claiming your business is the postcard verification. When you get the postcard, login to the Google My Business dashboard and verify your business.
Your business will immediately be verified and appear as claimed on Google. How to List a Business on Google
If you don’t find a knowledge panel for your business on the result page, that means your business is neither listed nor claimed on Google. Follow the steps below to manually list your business on Google so it appears in search results.
1. Visit the Google My Business creation page and enter your business name into the search box. Again, if your business doesn’t appear in the search result, it hasn’t been listed on Google.
Note: Make sure you input the correct business name. You can also try multiple variations of your business name to confirm that no one has listed your business.
3. You’ll need to provide some basic information about your business (e.g. business name, business category, etc.). Make sure the provided information is accurate. Typos, wrong, incorrect spelling, and other errors may result in problems like delayed verification.
4. You should also add a location, particularly if you run a brick and mortar business with a physical store or office.
Location information also helps Google determine where and how to display your business listing. This is also required for verification purposes.
6. Follow the prompt and provide as much information as you can about your business. Remember, the more (accurate) information you provide, the easier it is for potential customers to find your business via Google Search and Maps.
Note: A newly-listed business will not appear on Google until verification is complete. So you might have to wait for weeks before your listing appears on Google Search and Maps. How Google Verifies Businesses
Google carries out verification to identify authentic businesses and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate listings.
At the time of writing this article, there are 5 different ways Google verifies businesses:
Verification by Phone.
Verification by email.
Mail postcard is the default business verification method. If your business is eligible for phone or email verification, Google will make the option(s) available to you. These verification options (email and phone) are mostly available to service-area businesses, i.e. businesses that don’t serve customers at their physical address.
To use the Instant Verification, you must have configured and verified your business via the Google Search Console. Bulk verification is only available for accounts managing multiple (at least 10 or more) businesses.Claim Your Business At Zero Cost!
There’s a high chance that your business is on Google and you’re benefiting from the free traffic that the automatically-generated listing is driving to your business. This is good. However, you’re missing out on potential organic traffic if you don’t verify and claim your business on Google.
Google recognizes and ranks verified businesses over unclaimed entities in search engine results. A claimed business puts you in the driving seat, steering your brand’s visibility and growth on Google. You can reply to customers’ reviews, use Google Posts to create content, share official photos (labeled “From the owner”), and lots more.
If you want to improve your business online success at zero cost, claiming your business on Google is a good place to start.

The 2023 BMW Alpina B7 turns luxe limo into a 600HP rocket
BMW’s 7 Series was already a fast-moving tech and luxury behemoth, but that’s nothing but a thrown-gauntlet for ALPINA, German tuning legend. Witness, then, the opulent performance excess that is the 2023 BMW ALPINA B7 xDrive, a four-door sedan with a hefty 600 HP and boasting a 0-60 mph run in just 3.6 seconds.
That’s courtesy of a new 4.4 liter 8-cylinder engine with twin-turbos, mustering 590 lb-ft. of torque. ALPINA channels that through an 8-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission with its own SWITCH-TRONIC tech, with a choice of automatic, sport, or manual modes and steering wheel shifters.
The gearbox can even look at the road ahead, using navigation data, to figure out what ratio would be the most appropriate and shift accordingly.
BMW’s own xDrive all-wheel-drive system gets reprogrammed torque distribution control, while a new DTC Mode for the Dynamic Stability Control pushes more power to the rear wheels for that traditional RWD feel.
The changes don’t stop there, however. Two-axel air suspension automatically drops the car 0.8-inches when at speeds of 140 mph or above, increasing front wheel camber in the process, for swifter turn-in and better stability.
That can also be manually triggered by switching on ALPINA Sport+ Mode, in the process triggering more aggressive drivetrain and suspension settings. On the flip side, the whole car can be lifted by 0.8-inches at low speed so that you don’t scrape that exclusive body kit on curbs or steep driveways.
Rear-wheel steering can adjust wheel angle by up to three degrees, either in line with the front wheels – for higher-speed directional stability – or opposed to them – for better agility and cutting turning circles – depending on speed. The new wheels themselves are larger, at 21-inches, than on the outgoing car, but ALPINA says they’re actually lighter thanks to the forged aluminum alloy, cutting 5.5 pounds per corner.
Inside, BMW’s latest infotainment system comes in a dashboard wrapped with new Nappa leather, as do the seats. Ceramic inserts are a pleasant diversion from the usual carbon fiber or aluminum, while the driver binnacle houses a new full-color digital instrument panel that can change layout and gage size depending on drive mode.
A Comfort+ drive mode tames the various settings and calms the car for limo duties, while two exclusive colors – ALPINA Blue metallic and ALPINA Green metallic – are available on top of BMW’s own finishes.
NOW READ: BMW’s new 7 Series is tech monster
All in all, ALPINA has done its usual job of taking BMW’s finest and making something a lot rarer, faster, and more expensive out of it. You won’t see many of them on the road, but that shouldn’t come as too great a surprise given ALPINA’s premium – that’s not been announced, but figure on a hefty bump atop the already-near-$100k of the donor car.
