AirPods 3: What’s new and changedApple announced AirPods 3 as part of its pre-taped product unveilings broadcast under the tagline “Unleashed” on Monday, October 18, 2023. Powered by Apple’s H1 headphone chip, the earbuds bring support for spatial audio (Hey Siri works just like on the previous model).
Other improvements include water resistance, adaptive EQ, refreshed design and a MagSafe-enabled charging case that works wirelessly with MagSafe chargers or Qi-certified chargers, or you can charge the case via the wire using the built-in Lightning connector.
Like with other models, AirPods 3 can be safely used as Bluetooth 5.0 headphones with Android smartphones and other non-Apple devices, but functionality is limited (you won’t get magic pairing, automatic device switching and other Apple-specific perks)

Football Manager 2023 allows players to take control of their favorite club in one of 53 available countries. You take on the role of manager for the club of your choosing. As the manager, you’ll have to take control of transfers, training players and match day tactics in order to move your club up the leagues.

The good news about Football Manager 2023 is that it isn’t a tough game to get running. In fact, I’m currently enjoying this year’s installment on a 4-year old laptop! In a game that is less about graphics and more about processing, you won’t need to be aiming for solid framerates here.
The recommended settings for this title are showing their age by now, most budget systems will far surpass these straight out the box. The recommended settings will have you running this title with all the graphics and detail settings around medium/high pretty easily.
The real struggles begin when you are deciding how many football leagues you have loaded in your playthrough. The game will give you a handy 5-star rating scale for your game speed depending on what you select, but if you stick with the recommended nations, the recommended requirements will suffice.
What Gaming PC Do We Recommend?
Following on from the recommended requirements, a budget PC of around $500 would work perfectly well. This is an affordable and powerful build that will run Football Manager 2023 very well. It will also be able to handle other similar titles that you throw at it, especially if simulation games are your genre of choice.

I’ve found Apple’s AirPods to be a decent all-round pair of wireless earbuds, and in the short time I’ve had them, they’ve become my daily drivers. While the reviews are … let’s called them mixed, there’s no doubt the AirPods are stirring up a conversation about a wireless future. But with any revolution, there’s bound to be a few issues, too. This article will detail common problems and troubleshooting tips as well as general tips to get the most out of your AirPods.
Common Problems and TroubleshootingMy AirPods won’t pair. – While most of the time the pairing action of opening the case and being set to go is seamless, sometimes the pairing won’t complete. Toggle Bluetooth on and off, and press the button on the back of the AirPods case.
My AirPods aren’t recognizing that they’re in my ears. – Jiggle and tap the AirPods until you hear the confirming tone.
Music is playing through my iPhone speakers, not my AirPods. – Be sure to tap AirPods on the AirPlay menu. Not that it’s complicated, it’s just a heavily overlooked solution.
My AirPods case isn’t charging. – A common problem with iOS devices that live in your pockets; verify that the lighting port is clear of pocket lint.
Siri isn’t activating on double-tap. – Unlock and lock your iPhone to refresh the UI and make sure the taps are fairly prominent. It’s great technology, but that doesn’t mean it’s bug-free. The “double-tap” is registered by accelerometers, so there actually has to be a decent amount of movement of the AirPods for the taps to register.
My AirPods are seemingly quiet, even with the volume maxed out. – The quickest fix I’ve found for this issue is to disconnect from your AirPods on your iPhone’s Bluetooth settings, and tap to pair again.
Music is choppy and calls drop. – Completely forget the AirPods in your Bluetooth settings rather than just disconnect. Close the case and reopen it next to your iPhone to pair again. Follow on-screen prompts, including pressing the button on the back of the AirPods’ case. Once you’re reconnected, you should be good to go. I’ve seen this issue when connecting to a Mac and switching back to my iPhone.
Tips and TricksSiri Commands – While the double-tap is the only available gesture, which by default activates Siri, Siri can do many tasks you could otherwise perform on an iOS music app. Say, “Press play,” “press pause,” “skip this track,” “add this song to my library,” and more.
Repurpose the double-tap – In your Bluetooth settings tap the info icon next to AirPods for a few options. From here, under “double-tap on AirPods” you can choose Siri, Play/Pause, or off.
Battery Percentage View – Swipe left to view your widgets on your iOS home screen to see AirPods’ battery percentage or simply open the case to view it on the home screen. On Apple Watch, swipe up to view control center, tap on battery percentage, and you can now view your AirPods battery percentage.
Not Your AirPods – If the AirPods case is opened next to an iOS device not under your Apple ID, the screen will display “not your AirPods.” Now, even with that warning, the AirPods can still be repaired. No form of “Activation Lock” exists.

My Phone, My DataWhen it comes to personal data on a user’s own phone (even when owned or controlled by the company), GDPR doesn’t put much responsibility on you. Essentially, GDPR only swings into action if you start backing up that information. Under GDPR’s rules, you have to give people control over what data you store, and you have to be careful to protect that data.
There are two main approaches to staying GDPR compliant when it comes to personal data on a user’s phone. One is to avoid backing up personal data at all. In that case, you don’t have it, so you don’t have to worry about it. If you’re using a “work/home” profile to segment the smartphone, you can back up the “work” side, leave the “home” side alone, effectively sidestep GDPR liability — although you should remind users that they ought to back up their own data.
If you think that a full backup is part of your job, then there are three tasks to get everything in GDPR alignment. First, you have to get consent to store someone else’s personal data. Second, you have to give people an option to withdraw consent. This one is up to you: you could say that if you can’t back up the phone, it can’t be connected. Or, you could allow someone to have a phone under your BYOD/CYOD policy, but not take responsibility for backing it up.
The third task is to set in place some policies to be sure that those backups remain private and don’t get shifted around from country to country (something else GDPR discourages, especially between the EU and non-EU countries). GDPR requires that you inform someone if their data is breached, so the best thing to do is avoid losing your backups. For most IT managers, that’s no surprise, since they’ve been protecting server backups since the beginning. This should just be a reminder to protect users’ personal phone backups with the same rigor that you protect server backups — and a breach of either type of backup would likely activate a variety of GDPR notification procedures.

The biggest deal is a data breach: if data are lost and someone else gains access to them and the breach is “likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons,” then you have to notify everyone about what happened. What is Briefcase Technique Interview?An interview is a discussion, not a battle. During this discussion, both parties negotiate to see if they are a good fit for each other. Once done with the analyses, it is time for you to give some suggestions based on the calculations. Your document would only be meaningful with it. Add your suggestions for the pressing problems the company has been facing. Also, add some strategies you would use to solve the issue. Be specific. Write down in the document how you will solve the problems. You should pose your solutions like this – if one works, you will keep the others in store; if one doesn’t, you will implement the other strategies within one month. If you write this in your document, it will blow the employer’s mind.
Next, consider ‘when’ you are presenting the document. If you give the paper initially, your briefcase technique will fail. Why would someone want to know something about the record until the discussion is relevant? So please wait until the recruiter or the employer asks why I should hire you. How can you add value to our business or similar questions? And then, you can pull out that document and show how you can help the company grow and which strategies will work. One word of caution – don’t go into why the previous process implemented by the employers didn’t work or that sort of stuff. This bent in the road may become costly for you.
While pulling out the document, you must also ensure that you provide it to the right person. Otherwise, it would not work as effectively as it should. If you are sitting in front of the recruiters, they may need help understanding the value of your document.
Another important thing about the briefcase technique is that it forces you to become selective about the companies you will give interviews with. You can’t go to any company and sit for an interview. To be able to get more compensation, check the turnover and average pay package in the company. Check the stats before going for an interview and before using the briefcase technique during the interview. If a company’s turnover is US $100,000, it can’t pay you US $50,000 per annum as pay.

Employers have decided to hire a person or two for two reasons. The first reason is that employers must be more relaxed about doing the work themselves. The second reason may be that they want someone who specializes in solving a typical problem that the existing people in the company cannot. In that situation, imagine you present a document that directly speaks to the problem the employers are facing.
You are analyzing what the employers have been struggling with for quite some time. Wouldn’t they feel happier that when they are feeling bogged down with how to solve the company’s problem, someone sitting on the other side has already documented it and its solution on paper? Moreover, they are busy and like to tweak things instead of creating something from scratch.
Whenever you present the document using the briefcase technique, you leave the employers the opportunity to tweak the copy you have created from scratch. That saves time, and they feel that with little work, they can go somewhere, at least a place better than they are currently in. That instantly helps you win the interview.
